Women’s voices are crucial to creating inclusive, open and prosperous societies.

Our CEO and founder of OCDAHK , Minal Mahtani shares her courageous story about what her life was like living with OCD in her twenties and how she overcame it. She details her journey with concrete examples on how to get better. Despite the stigma against mental health sufferers , she tells her story to change perceptions about mental health disorders and to raise awareness. Her aim is to give hope to anxiety and ocd sufferers across the globe and to eradicate the misconceptions and judgements asking mental health problems in Asia.
