A Human Library about Mental Health

  • 5-13 G/F, New St, Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong Island (map)

A Human Library is a unique space where individuals share their mental health stories in conversational exchanges, challenging stereotypes and fostering understanding.

We have four human books who are sharing their stories of resilience and mental health recovery. Each reader will spend 10-15 minutes with one human book before rotating to speak with the next. This will continue until all readers have had a chance to engage with each of the four human books.

We will conclude the evening with a sharing and feedback session, where both human books and readers can reflect on their experiences and insights gained throughout the event. Do not miss this truly unique experience. We are grateful to all our human books who are bravely sharing their stories so we can learn more about mental health struggles.
